qms.best is a small, signed publication. We accept contributions in three ways.

1. Corrections

Spotted an error in a clause reference, a regulation citation, or a factual claim? Email editorial@qms.best with the article URL, the line of concern, the correction, and a reference. We turn around corrections within 5 working days, and acknowledge contributors in the article footer where requested.

2. New articles or templates

Pitch the topic before drafting. We commission paid pieces from practising QMS engineers, auditors, and consultants. Compensation is flat per article (rates on request). Editorial standards:

• Vendor-neutral — no preferred suppliers.
• Paraphrase standards; do not bulk-quote.
• Cite by clause / article number; link to the issuing standards body for purchase.
• Word count: 600 to 2000 for an article; templates may be shorter if the asset itself is the value.
• Editor byline — your name appears on the byline.
• License — content published under CC BY-SA 4.0.

3. Editor

We onboard a small number of editors per year. Editors write and curate; editors do not represent sponsors. Editors sign a freelance agreement with explicit conflict-of-interest clauses. Email editorial@qms.best with a pitch and prior writing samples.

What we do not accept

• Guest posts intended for SEO link-building.
• Sponsored articles disguised as editorial.
• Bulk reproductions of standards text.
• Content promoting "official" or "endorsed" services that are not.
