Original article and template content on qms.best is licensed under Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0: attribution to qms.best with a link back, and share-alike on any derivative work. Standards excerpts that may appear (cited by clause or article number) remain the copyright of the respective standards bodies — purchase official copies from them.

Source code in this repository is licensed under Apache License 2.0.

Content on qms.best is reference material. We do not give legal, compliance, or audit advice. We are not a certification body, not a notified body, and not affiliated with any standards body. Implementing decisions based on this content is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape at unreasonable rates — be civil with our infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to circumvent membership gates.
• Do not reproduce content in violation of the CC BY-SA 4.0 terms.
• Do not impersonate the qms.best editorial team.

Membership

Paid membership is provided on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. Cancel any time from the customer portal. Pro-rated refunds within the first 14 days. No refunds for partial months thereafter.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are governed by a separate sponsor agreement and the disclosure policy. Sponsorship buys placement, not editorial influence.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to use of the site is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 if you have paid no fees.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (specified at incorporation). Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that domicile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.

Changes

Material changes are published on this page with an updated review date and surfaced on the home page for at least 30 days. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
