qms.best is designed as an independent, transferable content
property. This page is the public-facing summary; the operative
copy lives at TRANSFER_PLAYBOOK.md in the source
repository.
Why this exists

- No co-mingled accounts; standalone Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Plausible.
- No body-content links to sister brands — enforced by a build-time grep gate.
- Body content licensed CC BY-SA 4.0; code Apache-2.0.
- Author bylines per editor; no team brand.
